Established in 2000, IESO, LLC has experienced continuous double-digit growth. We are a woman-owned SBA small business, a Federal MEP program participant and a Federal Government Service Provider registered at Central Contractor Registration. IESO is general liability and workers compensation insured in the U.S. and internationally, financially stable with an International Central Fund (UBS) and have no financial risks pending or foreseen. Over 83% of clients are retainer-based and have been with us more than four years. Our experts have over 150 years of combined EHS and Management System experience and serve over 175 facilities in 28 countries, including as exclusive service provider to some of the worlds most respected manufacturing companies.

Dr. Keith A. Spencer, PhD, RPIH (Global Operations Manager)
Dr. Spencer is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a B.S. in Environmental Health Science, an M.S. in Safety Engineering from Colorado State University C.O.R.E and a PhD from England’s Ridgewood University.

Dr. Scott Harris, PhD, MPH (Global Risk Manager)
Scott’s experience ranges over 27 years of Environmental, Health and Safety Management in Federal and State government, consulting, general industry and University instruction. He received his PhD in Environmental Science, with a specialization in Disaster and Emergency Management, from Oklahoma State University, and holds degrees in Geology (B.S.) and Public Health (MPH) from Western Kentucky University.

Joe B. O’Nan (Senior Environmental, Safety and Health Specialist)
- Mr. O’Nan is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a B.S. in Environmental Health Science

Rachael L. McKelvey (Senior Ergonomist)
- Mrs. McKelvey is a graduate of the Wake Forest with a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S. from the University of Alabama in ergonomic engineering.
- Mrs. McKelvey is an experienced ergonomist with nearly 16 years of ergonomics experience.
- Served as division ergonomist for Delphi Automotive before becoming a consultant 5 years ago
- Has conducted ergonomic investigations for many Fortune 100 companies.

Karen S. Fuller (Senior Behavioral Safety Specialist)
- Ms. Fuller is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a M.S. in Psychology and a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a M.S. in Public Heath and Safety.
- Ms. Fuller has over 5 years of behavioral safety experience
- Ms. Fuller has been the safety assistant manager for a fortune 100 company where she directed the facility in creating and implementing a VPP health and safety management program
- Has developed various levels of behavioral systems for various industries.
Clay T. Donaldson (Health and Safety Specialist)
- Mr. Donaldson is a graduate of Georgetown College with a B.S. in Environmental Health Science and a B.S. in Chemistry
- Over 7 years of EH&S experience in various industries
- ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TS: 16949, ISO (QS) 9001 Lead Auditor trained
