Dr. Spencer is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a B.S. in Environmental Health Science and an M.S. in Safety Engineering from Colorado State University C.O.R.E. He received his PhD from England’s Ridgewood University.

- Has performed numerous ergonomic investigations for manufacturing and administrative clients
- Has conducted numerous EHS audits as member of BF Goodrich corporate global health and safety auditing team
- ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TS:16949/9001 RAB & ANAB Certified Lead Auditor
- Highly experienced Industrial Hygienist performing as primary IH for corporate clients
- Performed complex Job Safety Analysis for a variety of industries
- Certified in Hazardous Waste Management and DOT HazMat
- Trained Ergonomic Scientist (University of Cincinnati)

As a faculty and Course Director at the NC OSHERC, part of the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Keith instructs courses at the Summer and Winter Institutes, including Fundamentals of Environmental Health and Environmental Regulations for Safety and Health Professionals.
